The bedsheets didn't look clean, and I found bedbugs on the bed, which made the room uncomfortable. My stay at India Gate Lodge wasn't satisfactory. Management needs to improve housekeeping and sanitation so future guests have a better experience. Cleanliness and proper maintenance matter in a hotel.

The staff barely responded and seemed not to care about guests. The lift wasn’t working, and the rooms were in poor, unhygienic condition. They didn’t even provide drinking water in the room. I wouldn’t consider this a good hotel for professionals.

The rooms weren’t clean or hygienic, and the staff weren’t supportive. They just kept giving excuses. Please don’t stay here, I’d strongly advise people to avoid this hotel.

India gate hotel has clean rooms, including suite rooms and bathtub rooms, and there are options that work for families. It’s a nice place to stay.

The location is the main plus. The room looks fairly good too.
