The manager was the one thing that stood out, because of his behaviour. The place felt odd, like old flats converted into hotel rooms, and it needs renovation. Cleanliness wasn’t up to the mark either. They leave refilled water bottles in the room instead of sealed ones, which felt unhygienic to drink.

This is a safe, food-free homestay with good food options nearby. It’s centrally located, so it’s easy to get around, and it’s close to the airport too. The place was good and clean, and the staff were humble and caring. There wasn’t a tea or food facility on site.

It’s easy to get to and conveniently close to Osho Ashram, Bund Garden, The Yerwada Metro Station, Pune Airport, and the Pune railway station. The premises are well maintained and surrounded by greenery. The staff were friendly, including manager Avinash and housekeeping team Pooja and Ajay.

Mr. Ajay made check-in easy, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay at Hotel Bestow Inn. The atmosphere was relaxing, and when I accidentally left my charger behind, the staff kept it safe and helped ship it back to me. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the city, and I thought it was great value for what I paid. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.

Room no. 202 at [BESTOW INN] was spacious and clean, with tasteful decor that made it feel cozy. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I appreciated the amenities, including a flat-screen TV, mini-fridge, complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee maker, and toiletries in the bathroom. The location was handy for local attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Check-in and check-out were both easy. I had an enjoyable stay and would definitely return on my next visit.
