The location was excellent, the food was good, and the staff were helpful, especially Raju. But construction began two days after we checked in for our month-long November 2025 vacation, after we had rented the flat for the full month. They were moving the dining area from the back to the front, and the work continued for three of our four weeks there. For almost two weeks, drilling and banging on our bedroom walls went on all day, often during nap time and sometimes as late as 10-11pm. It gave us severe headaches, and we had to leave. We were told it would be finished in 3-4 days, but when we returned a week later, work was still going on. I don't have videos of the awful drilling. We should have been told about work that must have been planned well in advance when we booked. We asked for compensation for the disruption and were refused. We would have moved elsewhere, but the full rent was already paid, and it wasn't cheap. Of course, in India, once you've paid someone, no one gives your money back. They need to communicate better and make guests comfortable. I would take away three stars for the disruption.

We booked 11 apartments at Cosmos Luxury Apartments for a family event, and everyone had a great time. The apartments are spacious, each with a hall, kitchen, and bedroom, and the ambience is very good. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and owner Ms Neeru Karla personally made sure check-in went smoothly and everyone was comfortable. The food arrangements were superb. We enjoyed thali lunch and dinner, including SPDP chaat, Chole bature, tawa pulao, and mango ice cream, plus parathas and dosas for breakfast. The Kokam welcome drink was especially refreshing in the summer heat. Thanks to the Cosoms Luxury team and Ms Neeru for the hospitality. We'd love to come back.

It feels like a home away from home, and you can stay for a longer time. It's not a commercial kind of place, and it's good value for money. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, homely stay with family.

I was in Pune for a relocation and stayed here for 15 days in accommodation arranged by my company. The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were supportive. It's very close to Pune airpot. The room had AC, a refrigerator, microwave, small dining table, TV with set-top box, sofa, bike parking, and a 20 Ltr water can. There's a small restaurant on the ground floor too, and the food was tasty and good.
