Courtyard Pune Hinjewadi

We felt welcome as soon as we arrived at Courtyard Marriott Hinjawadi, thanks to the helpful, courteous staff. The spacious rooms are beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped, and the food offered delicious choices for different tastes. The pool area was stunning and well maintained, a great place to unwind. Service was excellent throughout, with the staff anticipating needs and going the extra mile. They really understand hospitality. Highly recommended!

We hosted our daughter's wedding at Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi, and the hotel staff coordinated all the functions so smoothly that the celebrations were stress free and memorable for our family. The team were professional, warm, and very well coordinated, and every staff member seemed carefully trained to give guests a good experience. The food was a huge part of the success. Its quality, presentation, and taste were outstanding, and our guests appreciated the menu and hospitality. Many thanks to the banquet, catering, and management teams, and especially Mr Sachin Didolkar GM, Dutta, and Suraj from Front Office for their dedication and support. I have no words to thank Chef Shrikant and his team for the delicious food. It truly felt like Home away from Home. We highly recommend this venue for weddings and special events.

We stayed here because we had work in the area, but the service has declined rapidly since January this year. There have been too many staff changes, including Front Desk and Duty Managers. They're also taking an extremely long time to credit my points and send the feedback survey. After this hotel, I checked into Westin Koregaon, where both arrived almost immediately. The one meal we had was poor in quality, and the carpets are shabby now. For a business hotel with so many International travellers, they should make an effort, but they hardly seem to care.

I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott, Pune Hinjewadi for a couple of days last week on a business trip. The rooms were a highlight, spacious, well lit, and equipped with what you'd expect from a high end hotel. The decor is tasteful, the hotel looks great, and it was a comfortable place to relax after work. Staff throughout were friendly and professional, making everything feel easy and welcoming. Dinner with colleagues at one of the in house restaurants was excellent, with an atmosphere suited to a relaxed but professional evening. I also tried room service, and the food was tasty and well presented. I was following a specific diet, so I stuck to the tandoori dishes, which were excellent. Breakfast has a large range of options. I kept it simple with an omelette and grilled vegetables, but there was plenty of choice. A polished, comfortable stay and an excellent option for business travellers in Pune.
