I've stayed at Palm Suites twice in as many weeks, and I really like the spacious, clean rooms. The new menu has tasty, reasonably priced meals for one. The staff are helpful. At checkout today, someone at the front desk even showed the taxi driver the right pickup spot. I'll definitely be back.
Ms Pooja at reception was really helpful. Breakfast wasn't a big spread, but it was tasty and filling. The chef and his assistant were kind and served us with lovely smiles. Keep it up.
The rooms are good, but the price feels high. The road leading to the hotel isn't in good shape, and the breakfast really isn't worth it.
The food was a highlight. There aren't many choices, but what they make is prepared really well. Both the Suite and Double Deluxe were spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully arranged; I especially liked the cozy, charming Double Deluxe with a balcony. Staff were quick to respond whenever I called, and the receptionist gave me a very warm welcome. The location is convenient, though the last 100m of road is a little rough. I had a delightful stay and would happily return. It's a comfortable place with excellent service, and I'd recommend it.
I stayed in a Suite and had a good experience. The room was very clean, the interiors caught my eye, and the staff were courteous. It's a newly built hotel just off the main road, though the last 100m is along a small lane. One bit of feedback: complimentary breakfast is delivered to the room, but the portion is about the size of a child's serving. It could be improved.
