Hotel Classic Residency

The building looks like a decent modern hotel, but the road to the main entrance is gravel. The bathrooms have fittings for exhaust fans, though no fans are installed. After using the bathroom once, the whole room starts to smell, and it's full of cockroaches.

I didn't go into the rooms, so I can't comment on them. The snacks were good, but dinner was refused because I didn't have coupons. If coupons are necessary for dinner, I don't understand why snacks and drinks were allowed without them. The staff, starting at reception, were rude and unsmiling. The front desk needs improvement.

The convenient location worked well for everything I had to do on my business trip. After long days, I could relax in a spotless, very comfortable room. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was top-notch. I had a fantastic stay.

This didn't feel like a three-star hotel. There were no toiletries or chairs, and the furniture was broken. The bathroom was dirty, and the bedsheets looked used and had hair on them. The room smelled foul, with spent matchsticks scattered across the floor.
