I had a great stay here. The staff and owner were supportive, and the place was clean. It's near the railway station and food stalls, and the rent is budget friendly. The atmosphere was really good too.

Even when I came in person to book, the staff were unresponsive. They don't seem interested in customers or business. A terrible hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to professionals or business travelers.

The staff were helpful and very good, but the management needs to improve. My first room had no door key. They said the previous guest had lost it, and when I asked what I should do, they told me to just leave the door as it was. The bathroom window pane was broken too. They brushed that off by saying I was on the second floor and nobody could see in. Then the jet spray kept leaking. I got angry, and they moved me to another room. The food was just okay.

I chose Hotel Embassy because it fit my budget and was near where I worked. The manager in particular was warm when I first visited, and the rest of the staff were friendly too. I had no inconveniences during my stay, the service was top notch, and the food was great. If you're looking for a budget friendly place near Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, or Kalol, I'd suggest giving Hotel Embassy a try. I had a fantastic experience.
