The bedding was really dirty. I asked for a fresh sheet, but the staff member just turned it over and made the bed again. I paid the full amount for a few hours, so I hope management can provide better service to guests.
I couldn't find anything I had a good experience with here. Easily the worst hotel I've been to. I'd tell people to stay away.
The only real plus is that the hotel is close to the railway station. The rest was a struggle. The AC could only be switched on or off because there was no remote to adjust it, and the TV didn't work. The toilet flush was broken, there was no bathroom kit, and I didn't get a towel, so bring your own. They gave me a bottle of plain water. If you stay more than one night, you'll have to ask for the room to be cleaned, since they won't do it otherwise. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Really terrible, all round. The hotel was bad, and the service was just as bad. They didn't answer my calls or reply to my messages.
The bed linen especially wasn't clean, and the overall cleanliness needs work. Room service also comes at a very high charge.
