The Vamana temple view was really good, and housekeeping and the staff were great. Rooms were neat, with well maintained bathrooms. The rooms are on the small side, which was the one drawback for me. Parking is a bit away from the hotel, but they’ll help you get there by two-wheeler.

We stayed for two nights, 12-13 Feb 2026. Our room overlooking the temple was very peaceful, and the hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were courteous, and the location is very close to Sri Kamakshi Amman temple. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, but plenty of places to eat nearby.

The heritage room had four beds, though it suited three adults, and we could see the gopurams of Kamakshi Amman, Ulagananda Perumal, and Ekambareshwar temples from it. The bathroom was very small and a bit uncomfortable to use. There’s no restaurant, so you have to go out for morning tea, coffee, or breakfast, but a lift is available. The hotel is comfortably placed, about five minutes from kanchipuram Kamakshi Amman temple and a stone’s throw from Ulagananda Perumal temple.

Our room looked just like the photos and had a great temple view. The hotel was conveniently located, well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and good to us.
