The Manager and sub staff deserve five stars, and the tariff is budget friendly. The room has two toilets, which is a good idea, though the room and bathroom space is limited. Since we were only there overnight, it didn't bother us much. The A/c, hot water, and lift were good, and cleanliness was okay. They can arrange an auto or taxi for temple tours at a reasonable rate, but the Auto driver didn't meet our expectations. Management could encourage the drivers to focus more on customer satisfaction. Special thanks to the Manager and sub staff.

The rooms and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The one irritating thing was the window facing the bathroom in the next room. Whenever someone there used the washroom, the light shone in and disturbed our sleep.

We booked the AC family room for 5D4N at a reasonable daily rate. The big beds and two bathrooms worked for four people, though we found the rooms too small and wished they had more space. Service was excellent, with help readily available. It's also in a great spot for shops, and there's a vegetarian restaurant next door open from 7-930pm.

The room was clean, and the beds and washroom had been properly cleaned, which was the one clear positive. The rest was very poor. There was no wardrobe, and after putting down our luggage and belongings, there was barely space to walk, so we had to sit on the bed. The room itself was so small that I wondered if I'd landed in a hostel rather than a hotel. The bed was only big enough for one adult and a child, not two adults. There was no blanket, just a white bedsheet like the ones on a train. The AC was controlled by the staff. The washroom was also cramped: we had to close the main door to get in, couldn't fully open the washroom door, and an adult couldn't sit properly on the commode or move their arms to bathe. There was no proper power backup. The power went out several times in the middle of the night, and it took a while to turn on the DG. Imagine being in that tiny room without AC or ventilation. I rate ventilation 1/10, rooms 1/10, bed 2/10, AC 1/10, and washroom 1/10. Cleanliness was 8/10. We paid 1800/- for a room this small, which wasn't worth more than 700-1000.
