Mosquitoes in the room kept me from sleeping at all, and basic cleanliness was missing. The bedsheets were dirty, the blanket was unhygienic, the AC didn’t work properly, and there was no drinking water bottle. For ₹900 even in the off-season, the room wasn’t worth the price. There was also a problem at check-in. I had booked through Cleartrip, but reception kept asking for a payment voucher and booking invoice. They wouldn’t give me the room even after I showed the confirmation message. After about five minutes I called Cleartrip customer care. Their executive said the booking details would be sent to the hotel by phone and email, and only then did reception agree to give me the room. That was poor coordination and unprofessional front desk service. It was a frustrating, uncomfortable stay at Priyanka Residency, and I’d advise people to avoid it if they expect basic service and cleanliness.

The security person was kind, and they let me stay an extra hour without charging me, which I appreciated. The room was okay for what I paid, hence the three stars. The receptionist had an attitude and didn’t answer my repeated calls before or after I booked. The bathroom was poorly maintained and felt disgusting, and the fan regulators didn’t work.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty, and the hotel made it easy to get to the temples. It was good value for the money.

There were lots of insects in the room, and the rooms were awful. Not even worth one star, guys. Don’t go to this hotel.
