We picked this place because it was near where we were shopping, but it was a terrible, unhygienic lodge. Cockroaches crawled around the room, the switches and sockets were broken, the cupboard had only one door, and there was no hot water or intercom. Please don’t stay here.

I’d heard bad things in reviews and was unsure about staying, so I checked the room first. I’m glad I gave it a chance: it was spotlessly clean, and the staff were genuinely warm and friendly.

The fans were really noisy, and the rooms were dirty, with no upkeep or ventilation. It felt creepier than a lodge.

In the corner room on the second floor, insects crawled in through gaps around the old AC and made their way toward the bed. It was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. There was no AC remote and no Wi-Fi coverage. The cupboard still had only one door and hadn’t been repaired, and the toilet seat was loose. After I paid, reception gave me no proper attention and simply ignored my requested room. They charge a lot but don’t maintain the place properly.
