There’s lodging attached to the restaurant, which serves both veg and non-veg food. The food is Incredible in taste.

It’s a very basic, economical place, and a little far from the main market. The rooms could have been cleaned more thoroughly, and there’s no room service. One person handles things during the day and another at night, so don’t expect even a cup of tea in the morning. Hot water is an issue early in the day because it comes from a solar heater, but it gets sufficiently hot later on.

The location seemed good for the price, and we booked online, but the afternoon receptionist was rude to my wife and me because we were a couple. I spent about 20 minutes proving she was my wife. He said he could refuse our booking because we were a couple, even though the lodge had stated on other online portals that couples weren’t allowed. But he was willing to accept couples if they paid extra charges, like 500 rs. The online listing showed a TV and other facilities. Since we’d already paid online and he was saying he could cancel the booking, we accepted the room as it was without complaining at the time. I don’t recommend it for couples. If the price fits your budget, you can book, but check the online terms and conditions.

We were eight people, and the reception staff were rude when they asked for extra money for the girls, even though they were 18+ and had Aadhaar cards. I doubt they would have asked for documents at all if extra money had been paid. We argued about it for 40 minutes and had to say we could ask the police for help. Only after that did they allot us rooms.
