We were only there for a four-hour stopover early in the morning, and the place was so unhygienic that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Cockroaches were all over, including many in the toilet, and staff didn't seem to care what was happening or how visitors were doing. There were so many mosquitoes that I woke up with six on my arm. The place felt like hell.

I'm a traveller and this was the worst hotel experience of my life, and my first review. I arrived at 9 pm exhausted after a whole day of work, but the staff treated me like I wasn't Indian and showed no humanity. They were very rude. The place, reception, and staff were unhygienic too. I wouldn't go there even if they offered rooms for 100rs. I don't know why OYO promotes hotels like this.

The Oyo app photos and rating were completely misleading. We had to check out at 4am because of the bugs and mosquitoes. Three of the four of us ended up with red arms from bites. The cockroaches were enormous, probably over 3 inches, and I could see one in the dark from the bedroom into the bathroom over the commode. How are there so many of them?

Worst room I've ever stayed in. I booked through Oyo and got a room where the main door wouldn't shut. I was too tired at night to go looking for another place. None of the four windows would close either, and neither would the bathroom door. There was cement on the bathroom tiles, the bed under the sheet felt 50 years old, the walls had watermarks and fungus, and the dirty shelf was useless for putting anything on. There were lots of mosquitoes at night. After getting food, I realised there was no dustbin, so I had to go downstairs from the third floor to get one. The staff attitude was the worst part, customer service was awful. It felt like staying in an unsafe garage. Don't take a room there.
