We booked 10 rooms for 30 guests for a four-day Bengali wedding at Sadhoo Heritage, Kerala, and everyone loved staying there. The venue was beautiful, peaceful, and spacious, with more than enough room for around 100 people at the event. The wedding arrangements were well organised and everything flowed smoothly. Our guests found the rooms clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, attentive, and supportive from our arrival until the last guest checked out, handling requests promptly and with a warm smile. It made for a wonderful stay and an unforgettable celebration. Highly recommended for a serene property with strong hospitality and event support.

We booked the party area for an event and it was spacious, well equipped, and had a great vibe. I was surprised by how affordable it was given the quality of the amenities. A great venue at an unbeatable price, highly recommended for a special occasion.

The staff were cooperative and responsive, which helped make the stay comfortable. But the room, services, and amenities were all below what I’d expect from a three-star property, and the overall experience was just okay. The so-called free breakfast felt like a formality, with very limited options and poor quality. The hotel feels overrated, and its star rating is misleading.

The people were friendly, which was the best part. The rooms and service were average, with poor ventilation and no maintenance across the resort. It’s far from the beaches, there’s no breakfast, and the pool wasn’t well maintained. It’s only okay for babies. There were too many mosquitoes, and ants had filled the parking area.

I spent one night here with my family and was very disappointed. This is just a basic hotel, not what I’d call three-star. Our room was poorly maintained, and the bathroom smelled foul and had no exhaust fan. There were no toiletries, and the towels were very low quality. There’s no in-house restaurant, and the complimentary breakfast was tasteless and barely worth mentioning.
