It’s an old house being used as a homestay, and some basics need attention. The plumbing and electrical systems weren’t fully working. One room’s AC was loud and didn’t cool properly. Breakfast was very basic, with no tea included. We had tea with breakfast and were charged for it at checkout.

We booked two full 2BHKs, and it was one of the best stays we’ve had in Kannur. The staff were really friendly, and hospitality was first class. Rooms, price, and cleanliness all get five stars from me. A great option for families or couples, and Payambalam beach is nearby.

Our room was wonderful, and everything went well during our one-night family holiday. The hotel is near the city centre and major attractions. They also have laundry, a small snack area, toiletries, and shuttle activities.

The staff were polite, helpful, and kind, but the rooms don’t feel worth the price. They’re okay, though the property sits a little off the main road and some distance from the beach. There’s no geyser in the bathroom because they rely on solar heating. With the rainy weather, there may be no hot shower when there isn’t enough sun. I’d suggest lowering the rates to attract more customers, given the location and service.
