Desert Glamping

The water was comfortably warm and the staff were courteous and helpful. Service was average, though, because there were more guests than the dining area could handle, leaving many of us standing and waiting for food. Our booked tents had ACs but no room heaters, and the worn-out velcro meant the windows wouldn't close.

The evening folk music and dance under the open sky made for a lively, memorable night, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. At Heritage Juma Resort Camp, the tents felt comfortable and well maintained without losing the traditional desert feel. It's not ultra-luxury, but that isn't why you'd come. It's a simple, genuine way to enjoy the desert quiet and Rajasthani hospitality.

The evening program was wholesome, and the welcome for arriving guests was pleasant. The hotel has an awesome view, and the resort felt safe and clean. Service was timely and pleased everyone in our group. The food was good quality too. The whole package was worth it.

Sightseeing around Sam dunes was relaxing and superb, and the night dance and DJ were great. Heritage Juma resorts offers good service, and Yunis from the support staff was extremely helpful. Our room was good, though it had a smell from water leaking, so Heritage Juma should fix those areas. Food was okay and could be better. I'd recommend it with those suggestions about the leaking spots and food quality. Thanks.
