The safari ride was a blast, our driver was so well trained and adventurous that it felt like a real Dubai safari. The camp also had proper water facilities and seemed to be in a great spot by the desert. We loved the Rajasthani night DJ dance, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and even let us check out late. The room was spotless and roomy, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a real Rajasthani taste. We’d happily stay again, and I’d suggest this camp for families.

The cultural show was decent, though nothing special if you’ve already had similar experiences in Rajasthan. The DJ party felt like a drunkard’s party, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. I was there with my family and felt out of place. The food was below average, with too much of the same low quality dal bati churma. The rooms weren’t as clean as they should be, and service was very poor, with untrained staff. The arrangements seemed copied from bigger institutions, but the result was below average.

The cultural shows were great, with professional performers, and the food was yummy. Our room was awesome and the whole place felt hygienic. The staff were cooperative too. We had a great time at Desert Gold Resort and hope to come back.
