Desert Raasleela Camp

The worst part was how unsafe and ignored we felt. There were no proper tents, clean water, or washroom facilities, and the staff didn’t care when tourists raised concerns. Meals were promised but weren’t served on time, and many people got no food at all. The staff were rude and aggressive; when questioned, they argued and even got into fights, leaving many people feeling threatened. Agents draw tourists in with attractive offers, take full payment, then stop responding and make you accept whatever poor setup they give you. Promises made during booking didn’t match reality, and basic things brought extra charges. Every day, families were arguing, asking for refunds, and reporting the same issues. We were genuine tourists, not a competing camp, and others had the same experience. We’re attaching payment details as proof. Stay far away, and don’t trust the agents or online promises. Protect your money, time, and safety.

The morning atmosphere was really nice, and the food was good too. We had a lot of fun at raasleela desert camp, especially with the camel safari and dancing at night.

A great family camp, about 30 km from jesalmar in the middle of the desert. The staff were good and service was good. We enjoyed the camel safari, fire folk dance, and DJ. It’s a four star property, would visit again.

People were asking for refunds every day, and we were among the genuine tourists who ran into the same problems as other families. Stay away from this camp, it was a fraudulent and extremely disappointing experience.
