Divine Jaisalmer Desert Resort

The ambience was nice, and the jeep and camel safari are must-dos. Vishwajeet, the owner, was very helpful and guided our friend when he got lost. We had a really nice stay at Sam and Divine camps. I hope the camps and infrastructure will be upgraded by the time we meet again. Five stars for the staff and owners. Thanks for making tea for my wife, that was very kind of you. Cheers!

The only part I might have liked was the desert safari, though I was disappointed that, for the price, they don't include rides on both a camel and a jeep. The sleeping setup was poor, and the bed looked like it had come from a dump. The toilet and pipe system were a mess, and there was no proper atmosphere for sleeping: noises from other tents carried through the night, while parties were going on in the tents where local performers did folk music and dance. The food was really bad too. The photos look very old, so don't rely on them. After the tiring road, I needed a comfortable place to sleep, and this wasn't it. I wouldn't recommend staying here. It was a bad night, the opposite of what the name suggests, and I expect you'd leave the next day. I don't think it deserved even the one star I gave, but I had to rate it so people wouldn't be misled.

The evening cultural program was enjoyable, with a DJ party and live local musicians who deserve special thanks. The food was excellent, with an authentic Rajasthani feel, and the staff at Divine camp were friendly and helpful. The location has a nice desert view, and the tent and bathroom had a traditional style and were good. It was a great desert experience for my family and friends, one of the best parts of our Rajasthan trip.

We spent a day in a tent at divine jaisalmer camp during our Jaisalmer trip, and it was a great experience. The location and atmosphere were very good. They serve pure vegetarian food, and we enjoyed both the camel ride and jeep safari.
