ERA Resort by Stride

The road gets narrow and tight in some places on the way to Era Resort by Stride, but once we arrived, the rest of the stay made up for it. We appreciated being allowed an early check-in and late checkout, which made the trip easier. At reception, Amrita welcomed us warmly and was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with a great view of the hills. Meals were tasty, fresh, and had a good range. The resort's viewpoint was a lovely place to watch sunrise or sunset and take photos. We found it a comfortable spot to relax, with scenic surroundings and kind hospitality, and we'd visit again.

Pranav's thoughtful, personal service is what made this visit stick with us. He helped create a beautiful and memorable chapter in our lives, and we're grateful to him and Era Resort for the hospitality. The setting was stunning, with peaceful surroundings and lovely natural views, plus an inviting pool looking out over the valleys.

The drive deserves some care: the road to the resort is in poor condition and could feel risky, especially in rainy weather. Google Maps may not be reliable near the property, so calling the staff when you're close helps them guide you in. Once there, we found a beautiful, peaceful setting, and the staff were polite and supportive throughout. It made for a memorable, relaxing stay away from the city, and worth the trip with a little care on the way.

Pranav paid special attention to us on our wedding anniversary and looked after us so well during the stay. The resort was serene and beautifully maintained, and the service from the warm, welcoming staff was top notch. We also loved the delicious food and its great variety and quality. It was an unforgettable visit, and we're grateful to Pranav and the Era Resort team.
