Dune Safari Camp By OYO Rooms

The camel ride and jeep safari were fun and thrilling, and the food was quite tasty. Bathrooms were very clean too. A great spot for anyone wanting to experience desert life and see how locals live.

We arrived a little early in the season and ended up being the only guests on the whole property. Even so, they put on the folk dance and music show just for the five of us, which they could easily have declined. The food was great, the staff were courteous, and Ms. Nupur personally kept an eye on the arrangements. The “tents” were actually cottages covered with tent cloth, but it was still a great experience.

The owner treated us very nicely, and the camp had a great bonfire and DJ. The rooms were clean and had the basic facilities. I'd been unsure whether the place would match what its website claimed, but after arriving with my friends, those doubts went away. It turned out to be a great, economical trip for me. The overnight room was a letdown. Our towels were torn, and the bathroom floor had sand, used soaps on a tray, and hair on the partition. I tried cleaning it myself, but my friend called staff instead. They only wiped up some water and left the rest. The place where you wash up really should be clean. The jeep and camel rides were incredible, though, and they also offered a short paragliding trip. Camel racing was available too, but our guide didn't seem keen on it. The food was adequate.
