Getting to the hotel is easy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The bedding was dirty, though, and the room had a really disgusting smell. Staff brought room freshener, but the odor was still unbearable. No amenities were provided either. Just okay for the price.

Breakfast was tasty, even though the selection was small and the menu repeated a lot. We asked for a late checkout and the polite, friendly reception staff arranged it. The rooms are lovely and cleaned daily, and the washrooms are spacious enough and well equipped. It’s close to the major streets and attractions, and located within the Ambience Mall And IGI Airport Delhi. I’d stay again and recommend the hotel.

The staff took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable. Our room was roomy and spotless, with lovely decor and crisp sheets. We also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, lots of delicious options.

The manager, Arpit, was so gracious and did everything he could to help us. We had a lovely night at Hotel Lookout Stay, which was clean, well priced, and offered great service. We’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone.
