All the staff were very helpful, and breakfast at the restaurant was hot, though the selection was limited. The towels seemed old and rough. The shower was in a high-sided tub, and water ended up all over the floor. There was a lot of noise and pollution around the area. With the room door open, it felt like sitting in the road, and at night there was more noise from the compressor and people working.

We had a really good stay, largely because the staff were so helpful and went out of their way. When we went to Jaipur, they even arranged to store our luggage overnight, so we didn't have to carry it or pay for another night. The hotel is in a lovely old European-style building in a small, pleasant neighborhood, about 1 km from the “New Delhi” railway station and around 40 minutes from the airport. It feels much more comfortable than the crowded area a few blocks away. There's city parking beside the hotel, though it's usually full during the day. Plenty of restaurants are downstairs, but there aren't proper grocery stores. Breakfast is a basic buffet from 8-10 AM at a nearby restaurant they also own, enough for a night or two. Inside, the décor is charming and the rooms are spacious, but they have no windows. Some face the street, so traffic or reception sounds may bother light sleepers. A few things, including wall plaster and older fixtures, could use refreshing. The linens and towels were clean but looked worn, and the bathroom could be set up better to keep water off the floor. A comfortable place to stay, with truly wonderful staff.

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our visit. I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet, and it tasted delicious. The location is convenient for sightseeing and getting around. I'd happily stay again on my next visit, and recommend the hotel.

The location made sightseeing around Delhi easy, and for the price I’d stay here again. My room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the laundry came back clean and pressed. There weren’t any windows, which I now understand can be expected at some hotels because of air pollution; the AC worked fine. I only wish the safe had worked, so we carried our valuables around with us instead.
