Treebo Desert Harmony Camp

The poor upkeep and service made this resort nowhere near worth the money, and the stay spoiled our trip. Rooms weren’t clean, towels weren’t replaced on day two, and when we asked, staff said we should have told them in advance. They didn’t provide even basic water bottles unless we requested them. Staff acted as if guests were eating for free, which felt disrespectful. Breakfast was particularly bad: just four items, none good, and food was often cold. The food quality overall was extremely poor. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We had a great time here with two kids and two women, and felt totally safe staying as a family. The spacious tents and huge bathrooms were kept very clean, and the area was well maintained. Service was good, if a little slow. At night we enjoyed folk dancing followed by a DJ party, and the dal baati churma was yum. Overall, an amazing stay.

The Jeep Safari was the most thrilling part of our trip, and watching the sunset and riding camels on the dunes are must-do activities. The camp was beautiful and had all amenities. We had a comfortable stay, with marvelous service, tasty Rajasthani food, and a cultural program we really enjoyed.

Stargazing was a magical part of our visit, thanks to the resort’s excellent location. We stayed in a Maple Tent, which was sturdy and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The tents were high quality, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, answering our questions with warm smiles. Treebo Desert Harmony Resort at Sam Sand Dunes, Jaisalmer, made for an unforgettable stay.
