Dev Residency by OYO Rooms

I booked directly at Hotel rather than using the Oyo App. The rooms and washroom were very clean, the price was reasonable, service was good, and the staff were polite. The hotel is tucked inside and hard to find. There's no parking, so you have to leave your vehicle in front, though security is there to watch it. There aren't any good places to eat nearby. These are just my own experiences, and yours might differ.

The reception staff and owner were drunkards, sitting there smoking and making derogatory comments. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're traveling with a woman. They say they won't accept an online booking even if you've paid, and can refuse you on the spot despite your having called ahead to confirm. Please don't book this hotel.

I paid the full amount for my rooms through the OYO app, but at the hotel the receptionist refused to give us the room unless we paid more. When we challenged him, he abused us and sent us out. It was the worst hotel experience of my life. I’d tell everyone to stay away. The reception staff acted like goons, and I wouldn’t choose this place for my safety.

The room was filthy, and I found used condoms under the bed. While I was trying to sleep, a mouse was running around on the bed. One of the worst hotel visits I’ve had, with terrible service. It deserves zero.
