A mouse jumped on me while I was sleeping. Nothing was complimentary, not even a dental kit, shaving kit, or bottle of water. Couples coming and going also made it uncomfortable for a professional.

They charged me for items that were supposed to be complimentary, including a water bottle, and didn’t provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. The receptionist was very rude, and there was no service for us. A very bad stay.
