It's a short walk from Kanpur central, about 3-4 minutes. They even provide a room for only Rs 300, and the dormitory costs less. For Rs 300, the room was good, though small rather than midsize. A good option for solo travellers.

During my stay on 15/04/2022, another guest knocked on my door at 1:30 am asking to use the toilet in my room. That was ridiculous. If you stay here, apparently other guests may come to use your room's toilet.

The rooms feel cramped and suffocating, and there’s no TV. The bathroom is barely wider than the toilet seat and doesn’t have a wash basin. The photos are fake, and the hotel provides nothing. I’d say don’t book here at all.

I can't say this was a very good experience, so I wouldn't really share it 😷
