Heaven View Clarks Inn

Room service was very poor. I only asked them to reheat food we'd brought from outside, but they refused right away. The food had quickly gone cold because of the weather. They said the owner had ordered them not to help.

My brother's ring ceremony was spoiled by the hotel's lack of coordination and hospitality. The service was a disaster, with no manners or respect for guests. Management, especially Mr. Alok, came across as careless and completely unprofessional. I've seen roadside dhabas handle things better than this so-called hotel. It doesn't deserve even one star. If you want your special occasion ruined, this is the place. Thanks to Alok and his useless team for wrecking an important day.

I'd rather hold a celebration at a bus stand next time. At least people there have manners. Mr. Alok should find a different career, because hotel management clearly isn't for him. The engagement went downhill thanks to his team. They were unprofessional, rude, and useless, and the manager was no better. Hospitality seems to be missing from their vocabulary. What a way to turn a dream venue into a nightmare.

I've never seen a place this bad. The rooms aren't good, and the hotel doesn't have crockery or food. The service is pathetic. Everyone should avoid staying here.
