The reception staff came across as uneducated and unprofessional. The executive room was tiny and stuffy, and the bedsheets and pillows were unhygienic, though the hotel calls rooms like these “cozy.” This really doesn’t feel like a budget hotel. I also noticed a big difference between the price shown online and the amount charged, based on a screenshot someone shared in a recent review.

I won’t stay here again. The rooms are so small they’re uncomfortable, and the reception lady was very rude. The staff also seem untrained and uneducated. A guest posted pictures of the rooms, and they show how bad they look inside. When people tell the truth in reviews, the hotel tries to dismiss them as fake.

I spent three nights and four days here, and it wasn’t worth what I paid. The rooms felt cramped and stuffy, the food quality was pathetic, and the service was third rate. I was also charged much more than the price I had booked through an online platform like “make my trip.” This place isn’t good value for money.

I saw a screenshot someone posted showing the difference between the online rate and what the hotel offers offline. The rooms are tiny, yet the price is high. The reception staff were the worst and very uncooperative. I won’t stay here again.
