The toilet wasn't properly clean, and the blankets still seem to be the old ones. There was no non-AC room available, and the room is expensive.

The only real plus was being close to the railway station. The room felt expensive for what was provided, and the night shift representative was very rude. There’s no parking in this busy part of Gondia, so you'll need to look after your vehicle yourself. Our online booking wasn’t accepted, and we had to pay extra at the hotel. There’s no lift, and nobody was available to carry our luggage. The bedsheet was dirty, and no towels or RO water were provided. When we asked for bottled water instead of regular water, the representative said the taste might be different for us. One of my worst experiences in Gondia.

We were in town for a wedding, and the night caretaker yelled at us for coming back to the hotel. The room felt impossible to stay in during frequent power cuts because there was no ventilation. They didn’t provide water or even basic amenities, and the way they handed us the room made it seem like they were doing us a favor. A really bad experience.

I was happy with my visit. It’s an affordable, convenient hotel, and the service was awesome.
