The pool was good, though someone yelled at us to leave two minutes before our time was up. Our caretaker, Anulosh, was quick to call for help when the electricity boards weren't working. The room was very clean when we arrived, had all the necessary amenities, and was serviced once during our stay, with the bedsheets, curtains, and towels changed. We booked through Airbnb. The area was lovely and close to stores, and the compound had lots of greenery and felt luxurious. Thanks to the caretaker for making our stay safe and comfortable.

The pool was fairly clean and well maintained. Greenwood Meadows is a cute, nice society in a quiet neighborhood, about 5 minutes from Candolim beach. I'd recommend it for a longer stay in candolim if you're on a budget.

It's a convenient place to live, with professional people and good service. Most of the flats are Airbnb rentals. You can't use the amenities, which makes sense, but it's still a good housing complex in a handy location.

We stayed in B13 and it felt like home. The caretaker and owner were cool guys and didn't bother us, and the room had everything we needed. There are two balconies with drying hangers. It could use a deep dust removal, though, since you might notice a dusty smell if you're sensitive to that. There's parking and a pool that nobody seems to use. No great food places nearby, but Blinkit works here. Maps didn't show the internal road into the community. Overall, a good stay.

The host admitted the place hadn't been cleaned because of the holiday rush. We were four people, including senior citizens, and the apartment didn't feel safe or suitable for us. It was dirty, the bedding smelled used, and the bathroom was poorly kept with a broken window. Sheets left on the balcony stayed there for days. There were ants inside and cockroaches in the cupboards. A very disappointing, stressful stay.
