The washrooms were the worst part, completely unacceptable, unhygienic, and disgusting. The bedsheets were dirty, and mosquitoes in the room made sleeping uncomfortable and frustrating. There are only two plug points in the whole room, which is not enough for basic charging these days. The rooms were average at best, nowhere near what I'd expect of a 3 star hotel. The place was poorly maintained and absolutely not worth the money. Honestly, one of the worst hotel stays I've had. Calling it 3 star is shocking. I'd tell families, solo travelers, anyone, to avoid it.

My grandparents were given terrible service and moved to a single cot room. They had a family wedding the next morning, so imagine the situation that left them in. The toilets were dirty and didn't work. One of the worst customer experiences possible. Don't be fooled by the photos online.

There wasn't even a helping hand to move our luggage from the lobby to the room. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, with only idli. There were no pastries, bread, fresh fruit, cheese, or boiled eggs on display. I stayed with my family at Ginger Hotel in Tirupur last week. In the bathroom, there was no plastic bucket, cup, or small stool, things senior citizens need. There was also no shower cap or bath slippers. These simple conveniences could make a real difference. Guests deserve genuine care in every aspect, even for just an overnight room and breakfast at a renowned hotel.

The Agoda app, where we booked, showed bogus reviews and an exorbitantly high rating. It charged three times the original rent. This was one of the worst hotels. I checked in today and was shocked: the toilets were dirty with poo, the AC didn't work, the place felt like an old choultry, and the beds weren't clean. We waited half an hour before someone finally came to flush the toilet. The bed linens hadn't been changed, and most electrical fittings were damaged. Somehow we escaped that night.
