The rooms were roomy and nice, and the service was excellent. The hotel is very close to Govindpuri Railway station and reasonably near Kanpur Central station too. A good option to consider for a stay in Kanpur, and it also works well for weddings and similar events.

The front office and room service guys behaved really well, especially pragati, Diksha, shiv and vinod.

Getting around was easy from this central location, with major markets and places of interest accessible, and the railway station and interstate bus stops nearby. My stay was comfortable, and the staff were supportive, quick to help, and attentive to what I needed.

The service staff were excellent. Manager Avinash Dixit responded well too, and they fulfilled the things we needed.

I booked this for my first stay after seeing the pictures online, and checking in was a real disappointment. The room was tiny and smelled bad, and the staff were arrogant. It felt like I was the only guest there.
