The staff were really good, and the location was just as good.

That room was worth maybe ₹400 at most, not the ₹800 I paid for a non-AC room in that heat. The washroom was unhygienic, tiles were broken, and there was fungus on the chair. Such a disgusting stay. I only have myself to blame for trying to save a little money. For the love of God, don't book here.

The toilets were dirty and unhygienic when we got there, as the attached pictures show. They seem used to short-stay guests, and if you stay overnight they don't provide towels. I wouldn't choose this place for a night's stay. Better to look elsewhere.

The room was basically just a double bed with an untidy sheet and a split AC. There was no mirror or western commode in the washroom, and the staff were dirty and mannerless. After an electrical failure in Harjinder Nagar -Kanpur at midnight on 10 June 22, I looked for somewhere near home and unfortunately found Shiva Kripa hotel on Sabji Mandi Road. Even though I'd already paid the full tariff, they asked me for another Rs. 500/ before letting me check in. Worst experience I've had. I'm wondering how OYO works with hotels like this and is ashamed to have them on board.
