My name is Kishan Srivastava, and I stayed at Oyo 17204 Vrindavan Galaxy for 15 days. This happened to me twice. On one occasion, when I checked out, I couldn't pay through the oyoapp, and the hotel charged me an extra ₹ 700 offline. The second time was yesterday. I checked in on the 25th and was due to check out on the 30th, but had to leave Kanpur for some reason. I called the hotel and said I would check out at 10:00 am. When I returned at 1:00 pm to collect my luggage, they kept me waiting for 3 hours and wouldn't let me leave unless I paid for all 5 nights. The service is very bad. As long as you keep paying, they treat you well, but when a problem comes up, their behavior turns very bad. Please don't book this hotel.
