My experience was very bad. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, there were many cockroaches in the bedroom, and housekeeping was poor. The AC units didn't work properly and the cooling wasn't satisfactory. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but I found the hospitality awful and the standard below what I'd expect from a middle-class hotel. Even the name President doesn't seem fitting. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and in my view it's below one-star level. The photos I attached speak for themselves.

We booked a double room and found it comfortable and spacious. The hotel also has a hall for small parties, and the outside area felt safe. The ambience is very good, and the staff are helpful when you ask for service. Since it's managed by Oyo, the Oyo helpers are always ready to assist too.

Our booking was denied without any notice, and the staff were rude about it. My guests were left stranded on the last day. I consider the hotel dishonest, and Oyo even worse for not helping. Please don't book here. If you want more information, contact me. I'm not done yet, and I'll make sure Oyo removes this hotel from its portal.

The two stars are for the good food and parking. The hotel and rooms are clean, but the lift only worked about half the time. There were five or six men sitting around, chewing tobacco and swearing loudly. The front desk was extremely rude. I think the Oyo rating of 4.5 is misleading: the receptionist asked to use my phone to check an offer in the OYO app, took it, and gave the hotel five stars himself. That's how I believe they get such high ratings. That's the truth.

The receptionist cleverly asked me to open my Oyo app to check the invoice, then gave the hotel five stars from my account and claimed it had happened unintentionally. It felt like a fraud. The room I got was nothing like the pictures on Oyo: it was small and unhygienic, with smelly toilets, rusty taps, and cockroaches. Don't waste your time here, there are better options in the city at the same price. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
