The rooms are roomy, and the hilltop views are lovely. The cook made us good food, though it takes about an hour after ordering. Bring your own snacks and drinks since there’s nowhere nearby to get them. The building could use some general maintenance.

The staff were very supportive, and the service was great. We had delicious food and world class rooms, which made the trip memorable. The views over the reservoir and misty hills were lovely too.

Staying among the Tea Garden was such a different experience. The Property Manager was friendly and personally kept up with what we needed. Our family had lots of room, and the staff were kind and attentive to our requests. The rooms were very clean, the food was cooked fresh, and service was prompt. Those hilltop views are hard to beat. We’d happily go back and recommend the resort.

Mr. Merwin Mathew made a real difference to our stay. He was helpful throughout, showed us around the tea garden near the hotel, and arranged the Kolukkumalai visit so we could see the sunrise. The staff were friendly and there whenever we needed help. With its European type of architecture and cruise look like build, the limited edition rooms made the place feel special. Our family had an awesome time there.
