OYO 78411 The Luxury Living

My Agoda booking was paid in advance, but when I arrived they tried to put me in an unclean, unhygienic room. There were vacant rooms, yet they preferred to let couples stay for a few hours and make money that way. After a lot of discussion I got a room, but its lock didn't work, so I had to leave my belongings at their mercy when I went out. I asked to cancel the next day's stay and get a refund, but they refused. Agoda couldn't help either, with only bots available. I regret staying here. The place felt far below the usual OYO standard and showed no value for customers. If you do stay, don't book or prepay online. Deal with them in person and inspect the room first. If you're alone, they don't value you, as they make money from couples staying for short periods, who likely aren't registered in the guest books.

Don't trust the photos. They show cheap rooms with attractive pictures, and may refuse your booking when you arrive to check in. The staff aren't well behaved.

The room was very unhygienic, and they don't even clean it. The staff were incredibly irritating, and the service here was pathetic.

I had a nice experience. The owner was helpful, a great person, and very down to earth. One of the hotel employees was cooperative too.
