The AC needs repair. We contacted them about it, but it still didn’t work, so if you need air conditioning, check it before you stay. The market location is handy for browsing or quickly buying anything you forgot or suddenly need. Room service was pretty good too. Just call with your order and they’ll bring it in 5-10 minutes.
The price is a little above average, but otherwise I liked everything. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean, which was a surprise after seeing the small reception. It’s close to the bypass road, with the market and daily need shops nearby. The food is delicious, breakfast has good options and includes fruit, and the managers and service team are helpful, efficient, and very well behaved. A very good option for a comfortable stay. I recommend this place.
The staff and service were good, and it’s fine for a night’s stay. The rooms are good too, though some ACs don’t work. The taps have problems, the cleaning could be better, and the furniture and fixtures are old and outdated.
The food was the only good thing. The room smelled bad because of a water leak, the bedsheets weren’t good, and they provided just one towel for two people. There was no dental kit in the room either.
I attended my friend’s engagement ceremony here and had a great time in Kanpur. The hall is spacious and can host big celebrations like weddings. The decoration and food quality depend on the person you hire for the contract.
