Shri Laxmi Palace by OYO Rooms

The food wasn't good, and the rooms smelled awful. The walls were really untidy, and the lift kept having problems.

A very good hotel.

Hotel Shree Laxmi Palace has been operating since 2019 and is located in Ram Krishna Nagar, Kanpur, near Ram Krishna Mission School. It is easy to reach by various forms of transport, including for first-time visitors. The business serves local customers as well as people from elsewhere in Kanpur, and has built a solid presence in its field with a growing customer base. It places importance on customer satisfaction and has staff who work hard toward the company's shared aims. In future, it plans to broaden its products and services and serve more customers. It is known for hotels and banquet halls, including AC and non-AC halls, as well as hotel options in the Rs 500 and below, Rs 501 to Rs 1000, and Rs 2001 to Rs 3000 categories. Its listed banquet hall options include AC halls for 51 to 100 people.

The staff were really rude, and the owner told me, "oyo se hme kuch matlab nhi h agar yha rhna hai to 500 rs or do vrna nikal lo yha se". They refused to check me in even though I'd booked through oyo and paid in advance, then demanded another 500 in cash. I called oyo customer care, and they moved me to hotel samrat. Worst experience. Never book their rooms or banquet.
