The bed was in very bad shape, and there was no privacy: the room window was open with nothing to close or cover it, and there was another open window in the washroom. They first charged me 300 rs extra, then gave me a single bed. The room wasn’t great, but I could manage it.

They wasted an hour of my time. Oyo didn’t support me, and I had a terrible experience that I’ll remember for a long time. My room had been given to someone else. They told me to book offline for 1400 instead of the lower price shown on Oyo, and said not to pay through the app. The staff were awful, and the hotel police and Oyo police didn’t match.

I booked the room on Oyo for 432, but the staff said I had to pay around 800 extra. When I was paying and entering my details in the register, they asked for my phone to get the booking ID and gave the app a five-star rating themselves. One of the worst hotels, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

I arrived at 10:30 am because the app said check-in after 10 am was complimentary. The receptionist still asked for 400 extra for early check-in. When I offered to wait in reception, he wouldn’t let me stay there and told me to go elsewhere and come back after 12 pm. Oyo and this hotel don’t know how to deal with customers, and Oyo didn’t give me a refund either.

They booked my room at a low price, then doubled it when I got there to check in. The whole thing was embarrassing and absolutely disgusting. 😠
