The rooms were smelly and broken, with broken beds, a broken AC, and dirty washrooms. The place felt horrible, and the staff were too rude. The rooms look like something from the 80s. We paid 2500 for 2 nights. If they ask for extra, refuse at the counter. Stay here if you want to waste your money.

Worst experience with the services, whether for a function or a party.

The washrooms were dirty, there was no TV or geyser, and the bedsheets were stained. The furniture and rooms were poorly maintained, so the services seem to exist only on paper. Staff and management came across as unprofessional and greedy. The photos look edited, so don’t trust them. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Hot water for bathing took too long to arrive, which was the main issue. Apart from that, it wasn’t a bad stay. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Kanpur Central Railway Station, the rooms were clean, and the rent felt fair for what you get.

There’s no hot water or intercom, and sometimes water isn’t available. The room was very dirty, with a dirty fan, loose electrical switches, and tight washroom taps. There were even rats staying with us. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a DHARAMSHALA.
