We came from Surat and really liked Hotel Chitra. The big room was very clean, and the AC, hot water, and Wi-Fi all worked great. It's near the sea and Vivekananda Rock, and the balcony has a sea view. The staff were the biggest surprise, such good people. They helped with whatever we needed right away and made us feel at home, like family. The facilities and staff are awesome. We're booking Hotel Chitra again next trip. 5/5 from me. Thank you, Hotel Chitra Team! 🙏

The terrace sunrise view is one of the best, and there's secure car parking for 8 cars. Rooms are decently sized for the price, and the location is great, though it was a little hard to find at first.

The services were awesome, and the rooms were clean, fragrant, and hygienic. The most beautiful hotel I stayed in on my trip to Kerala.

There's a sea view from the terrace restaurant, though it was empty, maybe because we visited off season. Our room had balconies facing the sea and church. The rooms are spacious, and bathroom cleanliness is okay. There's ample parking, and the ferry station and temple are within walking distance.

They confirmed early check-in when we booked, then cancelled our booking at the last moment, saying early booking wasn't possible. The staff are rude and arrogant. Don't trust this hotel.
