DECEMBER 2025 It's away from the crowds and traffic, so the place is quiet and peaceful. The main circle is easy to reach by car, bike, or on foot, just 3KM away. This is a new property, neat and clean, with very large rooms and bathrooms. The attached restaurant has great food and service. There's ample parking too. A pool is available, though it's a little away from the building.

The paid food at Arafa Restaurant was very good, but the complimentary breakfast was awful. The vada and puri tasted horrible, and the food seemed to be cooked in old oil. The room wasn't cleaned well, and the water heater wasn't working properly. Reception controlled its switch, and after I asked staff to turn it on, they switched it off again after five minutes. The AC remote had old batteries and wouldn't work. The location feels abandoned, though it's near several tourist spots, including the sunrise viewing area. There was a wedding function near the pool, which had what seemed like far too much chlorine. That's dangerous. The hotel should improve its condition.

We booked five rooms. The rooms were decent, but there was no room service for tea. Dinner at the attached Arafa restaurant was a problem: service was so poor they couldn't serve our food for over an hour. The manager and team did arrange a separate, limited breakfast for us when we asked.

The atmosphere felt homely, the staff were polite, and the rooms were clean. We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, with quick service and really good food. A peaceful, budget-friendly place that I'd highly recommend.
