New Cape Hotel

I stayed here with my daughter, and Mr MANISH was particularly rude to her at the front desk. I’ve never encountered such rude front desk behavior. Hotel Owner, please take note: this man could ruin the hotel’s business, and he needs to learn some manners. I was also shocked that they don’t keep a spare room key, especially for a 3 star hotel. There were cockroaches too. If you want a pleasant stay, steer clear.

Booking this place was a huge regret. I reserved two rooms for 27-DEC-2025, and they were filthy. The AC units looked like they might be from the first generation, the 1990's. There was no hot water, the rooms were poorly maintained, and even the parking area at the back had no light. I’d rather sleep on a platform than book here. One star is the lowest rating available; otherwise I’d give it negative 10 stars.

The location is really good, but reception could be better. The bathrooms were below standard, with stains everywhere. The room had a negative feel to it, and breakfast was served in the room with very little choice.

It was a pleasant, relaxing stay at Hotel New Cape. The food was fresh and tasty, and the location made it easy to get to nearby attractions and restaurants. My room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff were very polite and always willing to help with a smile. I’d definitely recommend New Cape for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.
