The service was very bad, and the staff were rude. They refused to give us a towel. My children spilled some oil on the bedsheets, and the staff yelled at me, saying it was my child and I should look after them. It made me feel as if we’d booked the room for free.

Awful experience. The rooms weren’t clean, and there were lots of bed bugs.

Nothing was good. The bed was crawling with bugs, the washroom was awful, and there weren’t any bedsheets.

I arrived early in the morning. The price was affordable, the rooms were clean, and the washroom was neat. Their service was quite amazing too.

The room was spacious and clean, with hot water running. The receptionist was friendly. It’s within walking distance of the railway station and major tourist spots.
