The bed bugs on the bedsheets and pillow covers kept me awake all night. I had swellings on my arms, face, and even below my eyelids from scratching and being bitten. I’m worried I may carry them home in my clothes. They were tiny and there were so many that I spent the night squashing them and scratching, and it didn’t occur to me to take photos. I would have posted them here if I had. The management refused to show the pillow covers, which were blotched with blood, and defiantly would not listen to me. I’m writing this warning in capital letters so everyone understands the seriousness of the health concern. In Tamil, we call these bugs “MOOTA.” I strongly ask people not to stay here, even for one night.

We paid ₹5,300 for two days, but the whole stay was wasted. I was bitten by a centipede at night, and we couldn’t sleep properly for two days after that. It made the stay feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I complained right away and got no response from the staff. They also refused to give me the manager’s contact details, showing a lack of responsibility and care. This lodge does not put guest safety or basic customer service first. For your own safety, I strongly advise against staying here.

A comfortable, spotless place to stay while exploring. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the accommodations were excellent. I’d absolutely stay at Triveni Tourist Home Rooms again.

The rooms were a terrible experience. The manager was unfair, and I’ve never seen a hotel like this. Please be careful and don’t come here. Save your money instead of wasting it on this place.
