The food was the highlight for me. I loved the Jalepeno cheese sandwich, and my kid was a fan of the Royal burger. Breakfast had good options too. The hotel has a royal feel, and it's peaceful, away from city noice with nature at its best. Rooms were very clean and service superb. The front office staff were helpful and polite. Vikesh kumar was especially helpful and soft spoken, assisting in every way, so a big thanks to him. All the staff were good, and the tall sardar jee guard helped arrange local sightseeing support. A very good option for people travelling to punjab.

The calm, welcoming atmosphere made Ramada by Wyndham Kapurthala a good fit for either business or leisure. Staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and the food had excellent taste and plenty of variety at both breakfast and dinner. My room was clean, spacious, well maintained, and equipped with the modern amenities I expected for a relaxing stay. It balanced comfort and elegance well, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Kapurthala. I'd be happy to return.

The staff's honesty stood out most. After checkout, one of our guests realized they'd left money in a drawer. The front office contacted us right away and returned it to our account. That integrity is commendable, especially these days. We had booked 10 rooms while traveling from Delhi for a family function, and the rooms were very clean, the food delicious, and the service outstanding. The team took real care of us. Thanks to everyone for their professionalism and warmth. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend the hotel.

For the price, the experience was pleasant and the hospitality felt up to a 4-star standard. Everyone behaved well, but Mr. Tahir stood out so much that I wanted to write this straight away. Tahir, you were amazing. Wishing you every success.

I spent over two weeks here and found the hotel secure and very welcoming. The staff take care of even the smallest things for their customers, and the service was great from everyone, including Tahir. I'd recommend it and will definitely visit again.
