The garden's river view was a nice bonus, and the location worked perfectly for my trip. I found the rooms clean and comfortable, with top-notch service and awesome hospitality. It was a fantastic stay, and I'm already looking forward to visiting Hotel Zojila Residency again.

What stayed with me was a small bit of care: the fries for my toddler had a light herb seasoning. I was quietly grateful they didn't add the usual chaat masala all over them, a habit at many hotels that I still don't understand. We were just passing through on the way to Leh with my parents and toddler, and I was genuinely surprised by how much we enjoyed the night. In minus temperatures during the off-season, the central heating actually worked, which is a rare luxury here. The rooms were newly renovated, with smart TVs, and the food was really good. Staff were warm and courteous. I'm Ladakhi and have worked in hospitality, so I know how hard it can be to provide even basic amenities in this terrain. That made the experience feel all the more commendable. This is easily one of the best hotels in Kargil at the moment, and I'll be recommending it to guests traveling through.

The team made a strong impression on me, especially Mr Arun Sharma, Mr Jeevan Kumar and the others. They are good people as well as highly professional in their work. I wish the establishment success, progress, prosperity and peace. My stay at hotel Zojila Residency, Kargil was a wonderful opportunity. The staff were friendly and caring, and the hospitality was excellent. Food was hygienic and served to suit each person's tastes and needs. Really loved the place. The rooms, ambience and hospitality were all so good, and they have covered parking too. I'd recommend it. Anyone staying here will love it.
